Quali dati e perché

  • Lista d'attesa: email, nome (facoltativo), interessi, messaggio, lingua. Per mandarti aggiornamenti su Orbinel.
  • Richiesta di stampa (Make): email, nome, materiale, quantità, dimensioni, link al file, scadenza, descrizione. Per risponderti con un preventivo.
  • Candidatura scuole (Learn): email, nome, istituto, città, ruolo, classi, messaggio. Per organizzare il progetto pilota.

La base giuridica è la tua richiesta (preventivo, candidatura) e, per la lista d'attesa, il tuo consenso, che puoi ritirare quando vuoi. Non vendiamo i dati, non li usiamo per pubblicità e non facciamo profilazione.

Chi li riceve

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): inoltra il contenuto dei moduli alla nostra email e ti manda la conferma automatica. Il servizio può trattare i dati fuori dall'Unione Europea.
  • Google (Gmail): la casella dove arrivano i messaggi.
  • Brevo (Francia): gestisce la lista d'attesa (iscrizione con doppia conferma) e le email di aggiornamento, con un link per disiscriversi in ognuna.
  • GitHub (Stati Uniti), che ospita il sito: come ogni server, registra dati tecnici delle visite, come l'indirizzo IP, per sicurezza e funzionamento.

Per quanto tempo

Le richieste di stampa e le candidature: il tempo necessario a gestirle, poi al massimo 24 mesi. La lista d'attesa: finché non ti disiscrivi o chiedi la cancellazione.

Cookie

Il sito non usa cookie né strumenti di statistica o pubblicità. Ricorda solo, nel tuo browser, la lingua scelta e i progressi delle lezioni del simulatore: restano sul tuo dispositivo e non ci vengono mandati. Font e librerie sono ospitati sul sito stesso.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di vedere, correggere o cancellare i tuoi dati, opporti al trattamento o ritirare il consenso, scrivendo all'indirizzo qui sopra. Rispondiamo entro 30 giorni. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

What data and why

  • Waitlist: email, name (optional), interests, message, language. To send you Orbinel updates.
  • Print request (Make): email, name, material, quantity, size, file link, deadline, description. To reply with a quote.
  • School application (Learn): email, name, school, city, role, classes, message. To organise the pilot.

The legal basis is your request (quote, application) and, for the waitlist, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or profile you.

Who receives it

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwards the form content to our email and sends you the automatic confirmation. The service may process data outside the European Union.
  • Google (Gmail): the mailbox where messages arrive.
  • Brevo (France): manages the waitlist (double opt-in subscription) and update emails, each with an unsubscribe link.
  • GitHub (United States), which hosts the site: like any server, it logs technical visit data such as the IP address, for security and operation.

How long

Print requests and applications: as long as needed to handle them, then at most 24 months. Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It only remembers, in your browser, the language you chose and your simulator lesson progress: these stay on your device and are never sent to us. Fonts and libraries are hosted on the site itself.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by writing to the address above. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
